Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of our Internet Resource Registration and Interconnection services. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy to ensure compliance with the latest version.

1. Prohibited Activities:

1.1 Illegal Activities: Users must not engage in any illegal activities while using our services. This includes but is not limited to, copyright infringement, distribution of illegal content, unauthorized access to computer systems, and any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law.

1.2 Harmful Content: Users must not transmit, distribute, or store any material that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.

1.3 Network Abuse: Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of our network or the networks of others. This includes but is not limited to, denial of service attacks, unauthorized port scanning, and any other activity that degrades network performance.

1.4 Spam: Users must not send unsolicited bulk messages, including email, instant messages, or other forms of communication. This also includes the use of our services to facilitate the sending of spam or the operation of spam-related activities.

1.5 Malware: Users must not distribute, upload, or store any software or other material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code.

1.6 Phishing: Users must not engage in any activity that attempts to deceive or fraudulently obtain sensitive information from others, including but not limited to, phishing scams, identity theft, or impersonation.

1.7 Child Exploitation: Users must not engage in any activity that involves the exploitation of children, including but not limited to, the distribution of child pornography or any other form of child abuse material. We have zero tolerance for such activities and will always report them to law enforcement authorities.

2. Usage Guidelines:

2.1 Accurate Information: Users must provide and maintain accurate and up-to-date information when registering for our services, including (abuse) contact information, billing details and any other information required by the specific service.

2.2 Authorized Use: Users must only use our services for their intended purpose and in accordance with any applicable terms of service or usage policies.

2.3 Responsible Usage: Users are responsible for the content and conduct associated with their accounts. This includes ensuring that any content they publish or distribute complies with applicable laws and regulations.

2.4 Third-party Services: Users must comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of any third-party services or networks they access through our services.

3. Liability:

2adventure Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of our services by customers, including but not limited to, financial losses, data breaches, or network disruptions.

4. Enforcement:

4.1 Investigations: 2adventure Studios Ltd reserves the right to investigate any reasonably suspected violation of this AUP. This may include monitoring network traffic, inspecting content stored on our servers, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

4.2 Actions: In the event of a violation of this AUP, 2adventure Studios Ltd may take any actions it deems necessary to enforce this policy. This may include but is not limited to, suspending or terminating access to our services, removing content, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

4.3 Notification: If 2adventure Studios Ltd determines that a user has violated this AUP, we may notify the user and provide an opportunity to remedy the violation. Failure to comply with such notification may result in further action, up to and including termination of service. We may take immediate action without notification for some violations, including “1.7 Child Exploitation”.

5. Reporting Violations:

5.1 Reporting: Users who believe that another user has violated this AUP may report the violation to 2adventure Studios Ltd. Reports should include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any supporting evidence. Reports shall be submitted by email to [email protected].

5.2 Protection of Privacy: 2adventure Studios Ltd will handle all reports of AUP violations in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.

6. Amendments:

2adventure Studios Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this AUP at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy to ensure compliance with the latest version.
